New Zealand Interim Climate Change Committee White Paper

The Interim Climate Change Committee began work on 1 May 2018. Their Terms of Reference were set by the Government, however, they are an independent committee and have been vigilant in guarding that independence. 
Within the Terms of Reference, they were asked to answer two questions and to do so using evidence and analysis. One of the questions is concerned with agricultural greenhouse gases and is the subject of a separate report. The other is concerned with electricity and is the subject of this report.
